Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, we are unable to accept returns. This is for the health and safety of our customers—once a product leaves our studio, we cannot guarantee it hasn’t been opened or tampered with. Because our items are used on the body and made in small batches without harsh preservatives, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
